1. Program description
Leads for Lease sends text messages on behalf of the auto lease brokers we work with, and to brokers about our own services. Messages sent on a broker's behalf identify that broker by name. They may include reminders that your lease is ending, replies to your questions, and follow-up on a quote or a call you requested. Messages to brokers may include service updates and replies to their inquiries.
2. How you opt in
You receive our text messages only after you agree to them, for example by checking a consent box on a broker's form, by giving written consent to your broker, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or lease.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies with your lease timing and your conversations with us.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We also honor END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE and QUIT. After you opt out, you will receive one message confirming it, and no further texts unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START.
6. How to get help
Reply HELP to any message, email nextcustomer@leadsforlease.com, or call (732) 837-8200.
7. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Read our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle personal information.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
