Leads for Lease ("we," "us") sets up and runs AI phone, text and email follow-up for auto lease brokers. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website, the brokers we work with, and the consumers we contact or speak with on a broker's behalf.
Information we collect
From website visitors. Anything you send us by email or phone, such as your name, business name, email address and phone number. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.
From brokers we work with. Business contact details, and the past deal records a broker gives us to run lease-end follow-up: customer name, phone number, email address, vehicle, and lease start date and term.
From consumers who interact with our service on a broker's behalf.
- Name, phone number and email address
- The vehicle, mileage, zip code, credit range and timing you share with us
- Recordings and transcripts of calls with our AI assistant, and the content of texts and emails
- Records of when you agreed to receive messages and when you opted out
How we use information
- To contact a broker's past customers about their upcoming lease-end, by email, and by text or phone call only where the customer has given consent
- To answer calls and messages, collect the details a broker needs to prepare a quote, and pass those details to that broker
- To honor opt-out requests and keep records of consent
- To review call transcripts and improve the accuracy of our AI assistant
- To respond to brokers and website visitors who contact us
- To comply with the law and protect our rights
AI assistant and call recording
Calls to and from our service are handled by an AI voice assistant. Callers are told they are speaking with an AI assistant, and that the call may be recorded and transcribed. You can ask to speak with the broker directly at any time.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only in these cases:
- With the broker you worked with. If you are a broker's past or current customer, we send the details you give us to that broker so they can serve you.
- With service providers who process information for us under confidentiality obligations, such as our voice AI, telephone and text messaging, email and hosting providers. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or property of our users, the public or Leads for Lease.
Text messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Text messages
We send text messages only to people who have agreed to receive them. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. See our SMS Terms for details.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide our service to the broker it came from, or as long as the law requires. We keep opt-out and consent records so we can continue to honor them. When a broker ends their service with us, they can ask us to delete the customer records they provided.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- Texts: reply STOP to any message.
- Email: use the opt-out instructions in the email, or contact us.
- Calls: tell the assistant you do not want to be called again, or contact us.
- Access, correction or deletion: email us and we will respond within the time the law requires. Residents of some states, such as California, may have additional rights under state law.
Children
Our service is for adults shopping for vehicle leases and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
